Mixtures of sulfated oligosaccharides that have the general structure of the polysaccharides that constitute heparin and that have the following characteristics: - they have an average molecular weight of 2000 to 3000 daltons. They have an anti-Xa activity>； 150 IU / mg and <；200 IU / mg, - have an anti-IIa activity less than 10 IU / mg, - have an anti-Xa activity / anti-IIa activity ratio greater than 30, - the constituent oligosaccharides of the mixtures: - contain 2 to 26 saccharide moieties .have an unsaturated uronic acid-4,5-2-O-sulfate moiety at one of its ends, - contain a hexasaccharide fraction that represents 15 to 25% of oligosaccharide mixtures, - contain 8 to 15% of hexasaccharide LIIa -IIs-Is in the hexasaccharide fraction and are in the form of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salt.Mezclas de oligosacáridos sulfatados que poseen la estructura general de los polisacáridos que constituyen la heparina y que presentan las características siguientes: - tienen un peso molecular medio de 2000 a 3000 daltons.tienen una actividad anti-Xa >； 150 UI/mg y <； 200 UI/mg, - tienen una actividad anti-IIa inferior a 10 UI/mg, - tienen una relación actividad anti-Xa/actividad anti-IIa superior a 30, - los oligosacáridos constitutivos de las mezclas : - contienen de 2 a 26 restos sacarídicos.tienen un resto ácido urónico-4, 5 insaturado 2-O-sulfato en uno de sus extremos, - contienen una fracción hexasacárida que representa de 15 a 25 % de las mezclas de oligosacáridos, - contienen de 8 a 15 % del hexasacárido LIIa-IIs-Is en la fracción hexasacárido y están en forma de una sal de metal alcalino o alcalinotérreo.
