To provide a portable drip device that enables a stable drip, is compact and light-weighted, and is excellent in versatility.SOLUTION: A drip device 1 comprises a housing 2； and a piston 15 provided in the housing 2 so as to be capable of advancing toward one side in an axial direction. A drug solution bag 20 is loaded between the housing 2 and the piston 15, such that an advance of the piston 15 pushes out drug solution in the drug solution bag 20. The drip device includes in the housing 2: a spiral spring 6 that is elastically deformable； a deceleration gear mechanism 7 that decelerates repulsive force of the spiral spring 6 before outputting the repulsive force； a screw shaft 10 that rotates using drive force output from the deceleration gear mechanism 7； a sliding part 11 that is screwed with the screw shaft 10 and relatively moves while sliding on the shaft； and a link shaft 16 that couples the sliding part 11 with the piston 15.
