PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing a wheelchair, which resolves the difficulty in transfer due to a horizontal gap and a height difference between a vehicle seat and the seat of the wheelchair, and also enables easy storage of the wheelchair in the vehicle interior by a wheelchair user himself, and to provide the vehicle equipped with the device.SOLUTION: The device for storing the wheelchair includes an auxiliary seat 20 for transfer, a wheelchair mounting means 30 with which the wheelchair 5 is mounted, parallel link arms 40 to the tip sides of which the auxiliary seat 20 for transfer and the wheelchair mounting means 30 are attached, and a rotation mechanism 50 which rotates the parallel link arms 40 around the axis in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The rotation mechanism 50 controls the rotation of the parallel link arms 40 and thereby projecting the wheelchair mounting means 30 and the auxiliary seat 20 for transfer outward in the direction of the vehicle width from the vehicle interior.
