A single unit antibiotic composition comprising tobramycin and betalactum antibiotic is provided. The antibiotic composition comprising: an aminoglycoside selected from a group consisting of tobramycin,gentamicin, amikacin, netilmicin and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof a beta-lactam antibiotic or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The aminoglycoside and the beta-lactam antibiotic are present in a range of 1:8.33 to l:11.2The antibiotic composition further includes an adjuvent in the form of either as stabilizing agent or a soothing agent or a buffering agent or an adjuvent or an antisepetic agent or a chelating agent or an anaesthetic agent.
