A method for conditioning a flexible medical endoscope having a plurality of internal channels comprising an air channel, a water channel and a suction channel, so as to maintain disinfecting said endoscope after treatment in a state of high level disinfection, said method comprising the sequential steps of: (a) connecting each of the internal channels of the endoscope to an individual dedicated connector that allows fluid communication with a reservoir of disinfectant fluid (B) loading each of the internal channels in turn with disinfectant fluid from the reservoir, according to a predetermined sequence (C) disconnecting the internal channels of the connectors (D) sealing the endoscope in a bag having a substantially airtight seal and a valve which allows connection to suction means and (e) connecting and activating said suction means so as to substantially reduce the pressure within the bag, causing the vacuum bag partially so that and wherein said method is carried out on or in a packaging station housing said tank of sanitizing fluid, said suction means, and adapted to control operations (b) and (e) according to a sequence processor programmed previously.Un método para acondicionar un endoscopio médico flexible que tiene una pluralidad de canales internos que comprenden un canal de aire, un canal de agua y un canal de aspiración, de modo que mantenga la desinfección de dicho endoscopio después de tratamiento en un estado de nivel elevado de desinfección, comprendiendo dicho métodos las operaciones secuenciales de: (a) conectar cada uno de los canales internos del endoscopio a un conector individual dedicado que permite la comunicación de fluido con un depósito de fluido desinfectante (b) cargar cada uno de los canales internos a su vez con fluido desinfectante desde el depósito, de acuerdo con una secuencia predeterminada (c) desconectar los canales internos de los conectores (d) cerrar herméticamente el endoscopio en una bolsa que tiene un cierre sustancialment
