PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor simply extracting the outline of a diagnosis site at a high speed.

SOLUTION: A search route setting section 12 sets a rout searching a boundary of an intended tissue using a prescribed point on a medical image as a starting point. A weighting addition process section 13 changes a position of an interval including a plurality of pixels from the starting point along the route, weights a prescribed value to a pixel value of each pixel included in the interval at each position and adds the weighted pixel value. A boundary determination section 14 determines the position of the interval whose added value becomes a prescribed value or more as the position of the boundary of the intended tissue. A drawing section 15 draws the boundary position determined by the boundary determination section 14 on a display section 8. This constitution can prevent the increase in information amount for the computation and the number of times of the computation so as to easily extract the outline of the diagnosis site at the high speed.
