PURPOSE: A portable pain reducing device is provided to be free from the influence of a magnet and to improve medical treatment effects. CONSTITUTION: A portable pain reducing device comprises a circuit board (100) and a magnetic insertion unit (200). LEDs for reducing pains are installed on the circuit board. The magnetic insertion unit is installed on both sides of the circuit board and has magnets. The magnetic insertion unit comprises a first insertion unit and second insertion units. A central magnet located in the center of the magnets is inserted into the first insertion unit.
