Disclosed is an isolated cell-penetrating peptide comprising the following structure X1- X2- X3- X4- X5 (formula I), wherein X1 and X3 independently define a linear sequence of any 2, or 3 arginines； X2 and X4 independantly define a linear sequence of 8-15 amino acids from same antigen of HCV, CMV, HPV, or Influenza or a variant sequence thereof sharing at least 70% sequence identity to the native sequence； said sequence X4 being different from X2； and wherein X5 is an optional arginine.
