A personal care composition which has an ethylenic monomer having a molecular weight of 500 g/mole or less and a compound selected from the group consisting of 2-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-anisole, 3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-anisole, and mixtures thereof.
