PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound dressing having small variation (high reproducibility) of wound healing effect.
SOLUTION: This wound dressing comprises a single layer film (S) with surface texture parameters of arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) 1-1,000 &mum regulated by JIS B0601:2001 "4.2.1 Arithmetic mean deviation of the assessed profile" and mean length (RSm) 10 &mum to 5 mm regulated by JIS B0601:2001 "4.3.1 Mean length of the profile elements". The wound dressing preferably has a compound (AM) containing at least one functional group (A) selected from a group composed of secondary amino group (A1), tertiary amino group (A2), ammonio group (A3), phosphatidyl group (A4), and lysophosphatidyl group (A5) and/or polypeptide (XM) with at least one cell-adhering minimum amino acid sequence (X) in one molecule.
