PURPOSE: A pulsatile release formulation and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve drug compliance by reducing administration number of the drug. CONSTITUTION: A pulsatile release formulation comprises: an inner immediate release compartment having nicorandil and stabilizing agent； a release suppression compartment surrounding the inner immediate release compartment without nicorandil； and an outer immediate compartment containing the nicorandil and stabilizing agent. The stabilizing agent is fumaric acid, oxalic acid, or stearyl fumaric acid sodium. A method for manufacturing the pulsatile release formulation comprises: a step of compartmenting； a step of preparing release suppression compartment； a step of suspending nicorandil and stabilizing agent in anhydrous ethanol.본 발명은 니코란딜 및 안정화제를 포함하는 내부속방출성 구획； 상기 내부속방출성 구획을 둘러싸며, 니코란딜을 포함하지 않는 방출억제 구획； 및 상기 방출억제 구획을 둘러싸며, 니코란딜 및 안정화제를 포함하는 외부속방출성 구획으로 이루어진 박동성 방출 제제와 그 제조방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 박동성 방출 제제는 제조가 용이하며 습식 과립 및 코팅 등의 습식제조방법이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 약물의 복용회수가 감소하여 복약순응도가 개선되면서도, 크기가 작아 복용 등이 용이하다는 장점이 있다.
