The present invention relates to a portable capillary diagnosis kit and a controlling method thereof, and once a user finger is inserted to an insertion hole, body temperature is checked by a touch sensor, a light irradiation unit and an image sensor unit are moved to the initial position, the light irradiation unit performs light irradiation with the user finger, and the image sensor unit generates an image signal, outputs the image signal, and if capillary diagnosis errors occurs from the image signal, by adjusting position of the light irradiation unit and the image sensor unit, the image sensor unit regenerates the image signal.
