PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device and a medical image display program which allow easily observable medical images to be stably displayed.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device according to an embodiment includes a reconstruction unit and a display control unit. The reconstruction unit performs volume rendering processing on volume data by moving a viewpoint position by prescribed parallactic angle with respect to the volume data and generates a group of parallax images composed of a plurality of parallax images having different viewpoint position. The display control unit displays the group of parallax images as stereoscopic images on a stereoscopic display monitor. The reconstruction unit adjusts respective parallactic angles when generating the group of parallax images with respect to the volume data acquired by many kinds of medical image diagnostic devices respectively and, in accordance with the respective adjusted parallactic angles, generates the respective groups of parallax images on the basis of the volume data acquired by many kinds of the medical image diagnostic devices respectively.【課題】観察しやすい医用画像を安定して表示することができる医用画像表示装置及び医用画像表示プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る医用画像処理装置は、再構築部と、表示制御部とを備える。再構築部は、ボリュームデータに対して所定の視差角ずつ視点位置を移動させてボリュームレンダリング処理を行い、視点位置が異なる複数の視差画像から構成される視差画像群を生成する。表示制御部は、視差画像群を立体視画像として立体表示モニタに表示させる。再構築部は、複数種類の医用画像診断装置各々で取得されたボリュームデータについて視差画像群を生成する際の各々の視差角を調整し、調整後の各々の視差角に応じて、複数種類の医用画像診断装置各々で取得されたボリュームデータに基づいて各々の視差画像群を生成する。【選択図】図８
