PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a transmission terminal even if vibration is detected by a sensor element with a movable electrode.SOLUTION: The transmission terminal includes a movable electrode 14M to which ground potential is applied, and fixed electrodes 14P and 14N fixed to face the movable electrode 14M as sensor elements 14.
