The inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the first region is provided with adhesive, and the other of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the first region is adhesive-free. Further one of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the second region is provided with adhesive, and the other of the inner edge portion and the outer edge portion of the edge zone of the second region is adhesive-free in a complementary manner to the edge zone of the first region. Thus,when the sheet is folded about the folding axis, the edge portion carrying adhesive in the first region is brought in contact with the adhesive-free edge portion in the second region, and the edge portion carrying adhesive in the second region is brought in contact with the adhesive-free edge portion in the first region.
