The present invention relates to a pad assembly for treatment of pet excretion, which facilitates application in consideration of the pet excretion tendency, enables to expand an area for treating excretion in consideration of the size of the pet, and reduces costs and the trash generation due to the treatment of the pet excretion. The pad assembly for treatment of pet excretion of the present invention comprises a base plate in a rectangular plate form having at least one first assembly groove on upper edge parts in each direction and each side adjacent to the edge parts； a joint block having one side inserted into the first assembly groove formed on the base plate, and having the other side in a shape projected from the base plate； a secondary block in a rectangular plate form having at least one second assembly groove so that the joint block is able to be inserted into planar edge parts in each direction or each side； and a pad having at least one assembly unit along the edge periphery so as to fix to the base plate or the secondary block by the joint block.
