The X-ray detector disclosed in the present invention includes a plurality of pixels provided on a substrate, a first insulating layer configured to cover the pixels, an electrode block configured to pass through the first insulating layer and be in contact with the pixels, a second insulating layer formed on the electrode block, and a metal wire configured to pass through the second insulating layer and be in contact with the electrode block.
