The present invention relates to a dental implant structure which forms an artificial dental root by comprising: a fixture fixed to the alveolar bone; and an abutment, combined with the fixture, to which an artificial tooth is attached. In the dental implant structure of the present invention, the fixture comprises: a bottom portion fixed to the alveolar bone; and a top portion combined with an abutment, wherein the bottom portion of the fixture has a first thread which is formed on a part of or the whole surface thereof to be fixed to the alveolar bone, the bottom portion of the fixture being formed to extend along the rotation axis of the first thread, and wherein the top portion of the fixture has a second thread which is formed on a part of or the whole surface thereof, the top portion of the fixture being formed to extend along the rotation axis of the second thread. In the abutment, an outer surface to which an artificial tooth is attached is formed, and a cavity into which the top portion of the fixture is inserted is formed inside of the abutment. A third thread to be screw-combined with the second thread of the fixture is formed on a part of or the whole surface of the cavity. The cavity inside the abutment and the top portion of the fixture are formed in a frustoconial shape, of which the diameter becomes smaller toward the top end, wherein the top portion of the fixture is inserted into the cavity of the abutment so that the second thread of the fixture and the third thread of the abutment are combined with each other, thereby combining the fixture and the abutment.
