In particular, the present invention provides a compound of Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof, wherein A 1 -A 4 , B 1 -B 3 , D 1 -D 4 and R 1- R 3 is defined by the text. The compound of formula I is a kinase inhibitor.
