Method of production of Rb-82 generator means the generator column filling with the ion-exchange material containing inorganic sorptive medium out of hydrated stannic oxide (IV) in for of a suspension in water solution of ammonium hydroxide with concentration in range from 0.02 M to 0.2 M, and stannic hydroxide content in the suspension from 15 to 50 wt %. Prior to passage through the column of the solution containing Sr-82 radionuclide the generator column is heat sterilised by heating in the autoclave at temperature 110-130°C for 30-120 minutes, at that the generator column content is preliminary isolated from the environment.EFFECT: simplified process of Rb-82 generator production, increased efficiency and reliability of its operation and sterilising, increased protection against ionising irradiation.4 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tblИзобретение относится к технике для ядерной медицины, в частности к изготовлению изотопных генераторов.
