The present invention relates to an immunoglobulin which specifically binds to MMP13, more specifically a polypeptide, a nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide； a method for preparing such a polypeptide； composition comprising such a polypeptide for prevention, treatment or diagnostic purpose； particularly a pharmaceutical composition .
