PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate specifying a sweating part when performing treatment for preventing excessive sweating and to easily enable medication to the part at predetermined intervals.SOLUTION: A film dressing is provided which includes a sweating visual recognition function and through holes for enabling medication at predetermined intervals. A liquid absorbing sheet 3 is provided by covering the area of a portion or all of an adhesive surface 2a to a film dressing body A having a film body 1 and a first adhesive layer 2. The adhesive surface to be affixed to a skin surface is ensured properly. The liquid absorbing sheet 3 is a sheet such as the sebum-absorbent paper that can absorb sweat and has a light transmittance or an optical reflection coefficient varied by the sweat soaking. In the film dressing, the plurality of through holes H penetrating through at least the film dressing body A and the liquid absorbing sheet 3 are formed, and the specification of the sweating part and the positioning of the medication are enabled only by affixing the film dressing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】過剰な発汗を抑制する治療を行う際に、簡単に発汗部位を特定し得、その部位に簡単に所定の間隔で薬物投与を行うことができるようにすること。【解決手段】発汗視認機能と所定の間隔で薬物投与を行うことを可能とする貫通孔とをフィルムドレッシングを提供する。フィルム本体1と第一の粘着剤層2とを有してなるフィルムドレッシング本体Aに対して、粘着面2aの一部または全部の領域を覆って、吸液性シート3を設ける。皮膚表面に貼付するための粘着面は適宜確保する。該吸液性シート3は、脂取り紙など、汗を吸収し得、該汗が染み込むことで光透過率または光反射率が変化するシートである。当該フィルムドレッシングには、フィルムドレッシング本体Aと吸液性シート3とを少なくとも貫通する貫通孔Hが複数形成されており、発汗部位の特定と薬物投与の位置決めが当該フィルムドレッシングを貼付するだけで可能になっている。【選択図】図1
