The present invention relates to a recombinant vector containing a gene for coding SRp30c protein, a cell to which the recombinant vector is introduced, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating acquired immunodeficiency syndrome containing SRp30c protein or a gene for coding the same as an active ingredient, an anti-viral composition against a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and a method for controlling SRp30c protein expression by introducing the recombinant vector into a cell. The present invention can be significantly used for the novel anti-HIV technological development and the HIV-specific splicing inhibitor development research, and can be used for the basic research of a splicing factor and a host cell factor, having anti-HIV-1 activity not yet reported.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 SRp30c 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터가 도입된 세포, SRp30c 단백질 또는 이의 코딩 유전자를 유효성분으로 함유하는 후천성 면역결핍 증후군 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 인간 면역결핍 바이러스(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)에 대한 항바이러스용 조성물, 및 상기 재조합 벡터를 세포에 도입하여 SRp30c 단백질 발현을 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 새로운 항 HIV 기술개발 및 HIV 특이적 스플라이싱 저해제 개발 연구에도 크게 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 아직 보고되지 않은 항 HIV-1 활성을 갖는 스플라이싱 인자 및 숙주세포인자의 기초연구에 활용될 수 있다.
