PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable underpants-type diaper, facilitating wearing and removing and having good fitness around the waist of a wearer.SOLUTION: A disposable underpants-type diaper 1 includes: an underpants body 2 constituted by a front belly part P, a back part Q and a crotch part R located therebetween, and forming a waist opening part 3 and a pair of leg opening parts 4 by bonding the front belly part P and the back part Q and a left flap 21 and a right flap 22 extending from the outside surface of the underpants body 2. The inside surfaces of the left flap 21 and the right flap 22 are provided with a fastener 23, and at least the back part Q is provided with a waist part elastic member 14 extending in the width direction of the diaper.
