An apparatus comprises a first anatomic positioner for migrating a first anatomic part of a patient on a patient platform. The first anatomic positioner comprises an arch structure being configured to be operable for engaging the patient's shoulder area. A strap structure is joined to the arch structure to extend caudally along the patient's side. A locking system is configured to be operable for longitudinal movement along a side of the patient platform and for being locked at a position along the movement. The locking system is further configured for engaging the strap structure for pulling the arch structure to caudally migrate the first anatomic part. Another apparatus further comprises a second anatomic positioner for migrating a second anatomic part of a patient on a patient platform, the second anatomic positioner comprising a mirror image of the first anatomic positioner.La présente invention concerne un premier positionneur anatomique destiné à faire migrer une première partie anatomique d'un patient sur une plateforme patient. Le premier positionneur anatomique comprend une structure d'arc configurée pour pouvoir fonctionner pour se mettre en prise avec la zone des épaules d'un patient. Une structure de sangle est liée à la structure d'arc et s'étend vers l'arrière le long du côté du patient. Un système de verrouillage est configuré pour pouvoir se déplacer longitudinalement sur un côté de la plateforme patient et être verrouillé à une position sur sa trajectoire. Le système de verrouillage est en outre configuré pour se mettre en prise avec la structure de bride pour tirer la structure d'arc et faire migrer la première partie anatomique vers l'arrière. La présente invention concerne en outre un autre appareil qui comprend un second positionneur anatomique destiné à faire migrer une seconde partie anatomique d'un patient sur une plateforme patient, le second positionneur anatomique constituant une image miroir du premier positionneur anatomique.
