PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish management to see whether printing that uses edible ink is appropriately done on the object of printing in an edible print managing device, an edible print managing method and a program.SOLUTION: An edible print managing device 10 is equipped with an imaged object data acquiring unit 11 that acquires imaged object data from an image pickup unit 21 for picking up images of the situation of printing of a printable object with edible ink, an image processing unit 15 that subjects the imaged object data to image processing, and a determining unit 12 that determines whether or not printing is appropriately done on the printable object in accordance with the image processing.
