PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that management work machines such as a power tiller and a cultivating machine and implement are mostly operated while running along existing ridges, its running and turning operation is difficult, even when right and left travelling wheels are mounted in a V character shape, and when there are crops on the ridges, the crops are damaged in many cases since the travelling wheel approaches the crops, skill for work operation is required, and thereby, it is hard to raise work efficiency.SOLUTION: Outer downward-tilted wheel shafts 2 are provided to both sides of a wheel transmission case 1, and a pair of right and left wheels 3 are mounted on the wheel shaft 2 with the tilts which are made narrower in a downward direction.
