PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fruit water separated in the fruit juice condensing stage of fruit, which has reduced stimulation, has excellent stability, does not produce precipitation even when it contains organic matter, can be blended as a humectant in which fragrance is not changed with the lapse of time or can be used as the humectant as it is, and can be blended into cosmetics.SOLUTION: Separated water obtained by the fruit juice condensing stage of the fruit is refined through activated carbon treatment, precoat filtration and membrane filter filtration to obtain fruit water. The fruit water can be utilized as the humectant, and further, the same can be stably blended into the cosmetics.
