The distal end segment is fixedly joined to the distal end of the distal intermediate segment and has a fourth durometer hardness and a fourth longitudinal length dimension. The first durometer hardness is higher than at least the second durometer hardness and the third durometer hardness. The fourth durometer hardness is higher than at least the second durometer hardness and the third durometer hardness.
