Capsule for the preparation of anutritional product in a device adapted to supplyliquid in the capsule, said capsule comprising: atleast one compartment (13) containing nutritionalingredients for the preparation of the nutritionalproduct in combination with the suppliedliquid, a filter (18) adapted for removing contaminantscontained in the liquid, wherein thefilter (18, 20) has a filtering surface (F) smallerthan the cross section (C) of the compartmentand at least a part of its filtering surface (F) ispreferably offset relative to the cross section (C)of the compartment when viewed in the axialprojection of the capsule.
