PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast X-ray photographing device capable of suppressing an X-ray exposure dose in breast X-ray photographing as much as possible, and reducing an impact of the exposure on a human body by a medical examination.SOLUTION: A breast X-ray photographing device that includes an X-ray tube and a squeezer, and photographs an analyte from a plurality of different photographing directions including first and second photographing directions is provided with a shielding member for shielding the irradiation of X-rays, a calculation part for calculating an amount of movement of the shielding member so that the shielding member shields the irradiation of X-rays in an area other than the area corresponding to a blind area when the analyte is photographed from the first photographing direction, and a movement control part for controlling the movement of the shielding member based on the result of the calculation.
