The present invention relates to a surgical device for spinal deformity correction, to an apparatus that may be used but are not specifically used as an exclusive surgical exclusively during the implantable device. In the known device it is not possible to implant a gradual correction of the spine deformities through the active movement caused by human activity without a fusion with a portion of the spine.
