PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penis monitoring device capable of reducing a burden of a user when monitoring changes in the penis.SOLUTION: A penis monitoring device 1 includes: an annular member 101, the stretchable annular solid member to be fitted around the penis, whose electric properties such as inductance are changed according to expansion/contraction； a measuring part 102 for measuring changes in the electric properties of the annular member 101； and an output part 103 for outputting information relating to measurement results of the measurement part 102.
