PURPOSE: An implant fixture is provided to omit a bone transplantation process and to reduce the transplantation diameter of a bone. CONSTITUTION: An implant fixture comprises a body unit (110) which is comprised of one end (112) and the other end (114), a screw unit (120) which is formed with screw threads along the periphery of the body unit so that an implant fixture can be driven in a transplantation direction, a screw thread fixing unit (130) which is formed on the other end of the body unit and is formed with a fixing groove (136), and a recessed unit (140) which is concavely formed on the surface of the screw threads in the form of a dimple. The fixing groove is formed with a radial inner surface which is concave inside the body unit and a radial outer surface which protrudes in the reverse direction of a transplantation direction.본 발명은 임플란트 픽스처에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 임플란트 픽스처는, 피질골과 해면골로 형성된 골조직에 삽입되어 인공치근을 형성하는 임플란트 픽스처에 있어서, 일단과 타단으로 구비되며, 상기 골조직에 삽입되는 방향에 위치한 타단의 단면적이 상기 타단의 반대쪽 방향에 형성된 상기 일단의 단면적보다 좁게 형성된 몸통부； 상기 임플란트 픽스처가 상기 골조직에 식립되는 식립 회전방향으로 구동하도록 상기 몸통부의 외주면을 따라 나사산이 형성된 나사부； 상기 몸통부의 상기 말단에 형성된 것으로, 상기 나사산으로부터 상기 몸통부까지 패인 고정홈이 형성된 나사산 고정부； 및 상기 나사산의 표면에 오목하게 형성된 요홈부；를 포함하고, 본 발명에 따른 임플란트 픽스처를 사용함으로써, 표면에 거칠기를 줌으로써, 골조직과의 결합력을 높여 얕은 깊이로 식립하여도 고정력을 유지할 수 있다. 따라서, 뼈를 이식하는 과정을 생략하여도 임플란트 픽스처를 골조직에 식립할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 식립된 상태를 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있어, 임플란트의 내구성을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 임플란트를 식립하는 제반 시술과정 및 시술 기간을 단축시킬 수 있다.
