PURPOSE: A snow removal and indoor temperature controlling system is provided to circulate hot water inside a plastic greenhouse frame for maintaining the indoor temperature.CONSTITUTION: A hot water tank (200) is for storing hot water heated from a hot water generation turbine (100). A circulation pump circulates the hot water stored inside the hot water tank. A controller (400) controls the hot water generation turbine for heating the water to a predetermined temperature, and pumps the circulation pump. A horizontal frame (12) has one end connected to the other end using a connector. A self-regulating wire heating cable (700) is wound around the outer surface of the horizontal frame for being heated by the control of the controller. A temperature detection sensor is installed on a greenhouse.
