A greenhouse is provided, with, arranged inside the greenhouse, table-like cultivation beds which are heat-insulated in relation to the interior of the greenhouse. In each cultivation bed, a forced air-flow is kept in circulation, which flows against surface regions of the cultivation bed which are selected in a controlled manner, which surface regions are designed as deliberate heat bridges between the interior of the cultivation bed and the interior of the greenhouse. By exploiting the temperature difference between the interior of the cultivation bed and the interior of the greenhouse, the water evaporated from the plants is thus condensed out with a simple blower and consequently with minimal energy expenditure and is recovered for watering purposes.
