PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method of corneal endothelial cell and an analysis apparatus of corneal endothelial cell for removing a specific region and specifying an excellent analysis region.

SOLUTION: The analysis method of corneal endothelial cell includes: a step A that an analyzer displays a corneal endothelial cell image on a screen of a display device a step B of using an input device to input respective points of one or more point groups, comprising points on the screen, to the analyzer for each point group subsequently a step C that the analyzer displays a polygon formed by connecting all the points belonging to each point group by straight lines in the order of input for every point group on the corneal endothelial cell image and a step D that the analyzer analyzes the corneal endothelial cell with respect to either a region composed of logical sum of internal areas of the polygon corresponding to one or more point groups on the display picture or remaining areas other than the polygon internal area. The one or more point groups inputted in the step B is a polygon whose area comprising the logical sum has 5 or more angles.
