The present invention relates to a foldable portable rake having a one-touch hinge structure that can be easily folded using the restoring force of the elastic body to improve the convenience of use of the portable tool. The folding portable rake having a one-touch hinge structure includes a rake blade having at least one protrusion protruding from one side thereof, a mounting plate to which the rake blade is attached, and a bracket including at least one connection portion protruding from the attachment plate and having a connection groove formed therein. The hinge body is overlapped with the connecting portion and formed with a penetrating connector in the same shape as the connecting groove. A coupling bolt including a restricting fixing portion, and a bag coupled to one end of the hinge body. The foldable portable rake having a one-touch hinge structure according to the present invention provides a faster and safer and more convenient folding method than the conventional folding method using the thread principle, so that the portable tool can be used more safely and effectively.본 고안은 탄성체의 복원력을 이용하여 간편하게 접철할 수 있도록 하여 휴대용 공구의 사용상의 편의성을 향상시킨 원터치식 힌지구조를 갖는 접철식 휴대용 갈퀴에 관한 것이다. 원터치식 힌지구조를 갖는 접철식 휴대용 갈퀴는 일측에 적어도 하나의 돌기가 돌출된 갈퀴날과, 갈퀴날이 부착되는 부착판과, 부착판으로부터 돌출되며 연결홈이 형성된 적어도 하나의 연결부를 포함하는 브래킷과, 연결부와 중첩되며 연결홈과 동일한 형상으로 관통된 연결구가 형성된 힌지 몸체와, 연결홈과 연결구를 관통하여 결합되며, 원통형상의 회전부와 회전부와 회전부로부터 돌출되며 연결홈의 내측에 접하여 브래킷의 회전을 제한하는 고정부를 포함하는 결합 볼트와, 힌지 몸체의 일단에 결합되는 자루를 포함한다. 본 고안에 따른 원터치식 힌지구조를 갖는 접철식 휴대용 갈퀴는, 종래의 나사산의 원리를 이용한 접철식 방법보다 빠르고 안전하며, 편리한 접철방법을 제공하여 휴대용 공구를 더욱 안전하고 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한다.
