According to the present invention, a handpiece having cleaning functions comprises: a handpiece main body formed in a longitudinal direction and having a receiving space therein, a washing module receiving washing water from an external device and injecting the washing water to a subject to be treated a pump module transferring compressed air to the cleaning module so as to increase injection speed of the washing water sprayed by the washing module a drive module transferring compressive force to the pump module by converting rotary motion into reciprocating motion and a suction module provided in the handpiece main body for sucking washing water and foreign matters of the subject.본 발명에 따른 세정기능이 적용된 핸드피스는 길이방향으로 형성되며, 내부에 수용공간이 구비되는 핸드피스본체, 외부장치로부터 세정수를 공급받아 시술대상에 상기 세정수를 분사하는 세정모듈, 상기 세정모듈이 분사하는 세정수의 분사속도를 증가시키도록, 상기 세정모듈에 압축된 공기를 전달하는 펌프모듈, 회전운동을 왕복운동으로 전환하여 상기 펌프모듈에 압축력을 전달하는 구동모듈 및 상기 핸드피스본체에 구비되며, 시술대상의 세정수와 이물질을 흡입하는 석션모듈을 포함한다.
