The present invention relates to a sildenafil citrate orally disintegrating film and its manufacturing method. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of preparing a water-based solution and an oil-based solution, wherein the water-based solution comprises 1.0~2.0 wt% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 0.2~1.0 wt% sorbitol, 0.01~1.0 wt% glycerol and a rest weight percentage of pure water, and wherein the oil-based solution comprises 40.0~60.0 wt% sildenafil citrate, 30.0~50.0 wt% oleic acid, 8~12 wt% Tween 80, 1.0~5.0 wt% PEG400 and 1.0~5.0 wt% propylene glycol； dropping the oil-based solution into the water-based solution and mixing thoroughly to obtain a mixing solution； and filling the mixing solution into a mold for drying to obtain the sildenafil citrate orally disintegrating film comprising 4.0~8.0 wt% sildenafil citrate.本發明有關於一種西地那非檸檬酸鹽(Sildenafil citrate)複合口溶膜及其製備方法，製備方法包含步驟一，配置一水相溶液與一油相溶液，水相溶液中包含1.0~2.0 wt%之羥丙甲纖維素、0.2~1.0 wt%之山梨醣醇、0.01~1.0 wt%甘油與剩餘百分比之純水，油相溶液中包含40.0~60.0 wt%之西地那非檸檬酸鹽(Sildenafil citrate)、30.0~50.0 wt%之油酸、8~12 wt%之聚山梨醇酯80、1.0~5.0 wt%之聚乙二醇400與1.0~5.0 wt%之丙二醇；步驟二，將油相溶液緩緩滴入水相溶液，並混合均勻；以及步驟三，將混合溶液灌模並乾燥，以獲得本案之西地那非檸檬酸鹽複合口溶膜；本案西地那非檸檬酸鹽複合口溶膜係包含4.0~8.0 wt%之西地那非檸檬酸鹽。
