Automated analysis of M-Mode images are provided based on the separation of M-Mode images into tissue layers and motion curves by simultaneously aligning all layers and extracting the motion curves from the alignment. Also provided is the ability to search for similar M-Modes using a representation comprised of tissue layers and motion curves and a similarity measure thereof.M模式影像的自動分析之提供方式係基於藉由同時對準所有的層並自該對準擷取該等運動曲線,來將M模式影像區隔成組織層及運動曲線。本發明亦提供使用由組織層與運動曲線與其類似性度量所構成的一種表示,以搜尋類似的M模式之能力。
