The present invention pertains to a method for constituting a vaccine for administration to a predetermined herd of animals, comprising providing a set of multiple distinct non- live antigens, each non-live antigen being present in a lyophilised form and packed in a container, providing a liquid carrier which is pharmaceutically acceptable for the animals, determining health risks in connection with microbial infection for this herd, establishing which one or more non-live antigens in the said set correspond to these health risks, taking one or more of the containers corresponding to the one or more non- live antigens and mixing the lyophilised contents of the said one or more containers with the carrier to constitute the vaccine. The invention also pertains to a method to produce multiple distinct non-live antigens suitable for constituting the vaccine, a kit of parts and a method enabling in situ constitution of the vaccine.La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de constituer un vaccin destiné à être administré à un troupeau déterminé danimaux, consistant à prévoir un ensemble dantigènes non vivants multiples et distincts, chaque antigène non vivant étant présent sous forme lyophilisée et emballé dans un récipient, prévoir un vecteur liquide pharmaceutiquement acceptable pour les animaux, déterminer les risques sanitaires liés à une infection bactérienne pour ce troupeau, établir quel(s) antigène(s) non-vivant(s) dans ledit ensemble correspond(ent) à ces risques sanitaires, prendre un ou plusieurs des récipients correspondant à/aux antigènes(s) non-vivant(s) et mélanger les contenus lyophilisés du ou des récipients avec le vecteur pour constituer le vaccin. Linvention concerne également un procédé permettant de produire des antigènes non-vivants multiples et distincts appropriés pour la constitution du vaccin, un kit de parties et un procédé permettant la constitution in situ du vaccin.
