PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle allowing an external operation switch to be operated at appropriate timing, and a method for controlling its lifting device.SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes a PTO shaft for supplying power to the working vehicle, and an external operation switch 80 for conducting adjustment of lifting devices 22 and 29. The external operation switch 80 is configured to be invalidated when the PTO shaft is in a rotating state. In a control method for the lifting device 22 and 29 of the working vehicle in which the PTO shaft supplies power to the working vehicle, and the external operation switch 80 performs adjustment of the lifting devices 22 and 29 at the outside, the external operation switch 80 is configured to be invalidated when the PTO shaft is in a rotating state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
