PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sporicidal hand sanitizing composition that is able to achieve the total kill of bacteria in a shorter contact time, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A sporicidal hand sanitizing composition comprises peroxycarboxylic acid (e.g., peracetic acid), and alcohol (e.g., ethanol) having 1-6 carbon atoms as active ingredients. The alcohol is preferably included in the sporicidal hand sanitizing composition in an amount of 10-60 wt.% of the total weight of the sporicidal hand sanitizing composition.【課題】より短い接触時間で細菌を全死滅させることが可能な手指消毒用組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】手指消毒用組成物は、ペルオキシカルボン酸（例えば過酢酸）と、１～６個の炭素を有するアルコール（例えばエタノール）とを活性成分として含有する。アルコールは、手指消毒用組成物の総重量の１０～６０重量％の量で手指消毒用組成物中に含まれていることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
