According to the same, the compound, and the stereoisomer, derivative, solvate, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have low cytotoxicity, and exhibit high selective inhibitory activity against HSP90, and antiproliferative effect of cancer cells, thereby being useful for preventing or treating cancer.일 양상에 따른 퓨린계 화합물, 이의 입체이성질체, 유도체, 용매화물, 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 이의 제조 방법, 및 이의 용도를 제공한다. 이에 따르면, 상기 화합물, 이의 입체이성질체, 유도체, 용매화물, 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 낮은 세포독성을 갖고 HSP90에 대해 선택적으로 높은 억제 활성, 및 암세포의 항증식 효과를 나타내므로, 암의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
