1. 研究金属和有机小分子催化的环加成及环化反应,特别是基于1,3-偶极子的高效、高选择性环加成反应, 发展高效的选择性合成方法,并利用手性金属催化剂和手性有机小分子催化剂发展高效和高选择性的不对 称合成新方法,研究这些方法在杂环分子及复杂生物活性分子合成中的应用。 2. 合成具有重要生物活性的杂环化合物及天然产物,用于杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂及植物生长调节剂等的研 究,开展新农药创制工作。 3. 结合有机化学、生物化学和分子生物学,利用小分子探针研究植物中重要蛋白质的结构和作用
