苏震教授

简介:苏震,中国农业大学教授、博士生导师,美国亚利桑那大学博士,入选2009年教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。先后就职于美国TORREY MESA生物技术研究所、Activx生物医学公司和Syngenta生物技术公司,从事功能基因组学和蛋白组学研究,并负责基因芯片实验室信息管理系统的管理和计算机分子模拟及生物信息数据挖掘的研究。2004年在中国农业大学建立生物信息平台和功能基因组中心,并为转录组学和蛋白质组学平台提供实验管理和数据分析支撑。在此基础上展开植物分子系统生物学的研究,开展大规模基因表达谱分析算法,基因表达调控网络构建,蛋白质功能预测与计算机生物活性分子高通量筛选等。主持和参与国家“973”、“863”等多项重大自然科学研究项目,发表专业学术论文50余篇,获得专利17项,先后获得中国科学院科学院科技进步二等奖和国家科技进步三等奖。
