袁明博士,生物学院植物科学系教授。1995年获得国家教委“跨世纪优秀人才基金”,1996年获得国家自然科学基金委“国家杰出青年科学基金”(1997-2000年度)。目前任植物科学系系主任、植物生理学与生物化学国家重点实验室副主任。《植物学报》编委,《科学通报》特邀编辑,《植物学通报》副主编。 学习与工作经历: 1982年7月毕业于西北大学生物系,获理学学士学位。 1988年7月毕业于北京农业大学生物学院,获理学博士学位。 1990年10月至1995年7月,分别在英国University of East Anglia、英国John Innes Institute以及美国Purdue University从事博士后研究工作。 1995年7月回国,在生物学院任教。 1998年和1999年两次赴香港大学植物学系进行合作研究。 2001年聘为教授。
