辛志宏教授

简介:辛志宏,博士,教授,博士生导师,现任南京农业大学食品科技学院副院长, 南京农业大学“133重点人才工程”优秀青年骨干教师,美国康奈尔大学食品系访问学者。多年从事食品功能因子、食品化学分析检测、微生物次级代谢产物等研究工作, 熟悉生物活性成分的提取、分离、结构鉴定和活性评价工作,先后主持及参与国家自然科学基金、 “十二五”科技支撑和863子课题、中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目。在国内外期刊上发表论文50余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇,申请中国发明专利7项。
